I feel it is very sad that attacks in Nigeria are not getting news attention. Perhaps the comparison with the Paris attack will start to make a difference. It seems very strange and suspicious that their government is down playing it. If the government really cares wouldn't they seek help for the problem? Is it pride or something else that is keeping them from speaking up about it? I watched a great film called "The Good Lie". It was about attacks on villages in Sudan. It certainly stirred up interest as to what is going on in Africa for me. I certainly hope it isn't racism that is keeping reporters from letting us know what is going on in Africa! I have thought people in the U.S.A. were more mature than that for the most part. I realize there are still problems with prejudice, but it is hard to understand. The world is a very frustrating place at times. Perhaps they mean prejudice in Africa too? It sounds like a very hopeless situation for Africans right now. I hope a good remedy can be accomplished soon somehow. Innocent human suffering is awful!
